Carried out in a professional manner by all members of staff who were all very caring in the way that they all worked to make her very comfortable. “My family and I bless the day we found this nursing home. We had looked at 8 others and just felt each one was not up to the standard that we wanted for our Mum. Mums health deteriorated very quickly mentally and psychically but Heather Dale's excellent care and understanding made this so much easier to deal with. The carers and nursing staff could not have been more caring and devoted to our Mum than if she had been their mother. Mums dignity was totally respected and they would lovingly talk to Mum about anything she wanted to converse about. Everyone from the manager, the cook, carers and cleaners, would pop in and have a chat and spend a bit of time with her. Someone from the family would visit daily so we were able to see at all times what a wonderful nursing home this is. I have nothing but high regard for all the staff for their time and care spent with Mum. Thank you, everyone.

“Thank you for the care given to my brother in law. I know what a difficult character he is! Also, he has certain mental problems which you have tried hard to address with a good degree of patience. Although he is never satisfied with his lot in life, and therefore is unlikely to thank you himself, we at least understand your difficulties and thank you for finding alternative accommodation for him.”
